Tirupati will be developed as an ‘anchor hub’ for the tourism sector to harness the potential of the Rayalaseema region, Andhra Pradesh Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh has said.

Speaking at the Regional Investors’ Meet organised by the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) on Friday, Mr. Durgesh said that investments worth ₹12,000 crore have been pumped into the tourism sector by the NDA government during the last eighteen months.
