Minister Nara Lokesh announced that 95 companies have proposed ₹1 lakh crore investments in Andhra Pradesh’s IT, electronics, data centres, and GCC sectors, aiming to create 10 lakh jobs in four years. He urged officials to expedite permissions and infrastructure support. He highlighted land allotments for TCS and Cognizant in Visakhapatnam and signed MoUs with ANSR and Sattva to create 35,000 jobs. Lokesh emphasized developing co-working spaces, regional innovation hubs, and finalizing infrastructure for Amaravati Quantum Valley. He also pushed for promoting the ‘Mana Mitra’ governance app and improving internet in schools and phone connectivity at key airports.
